Robin Foster - Pastor
Our Pastor, Bro. Robin D. Foster came to us March 27, 2005. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, from the University of Central Arkansas, Conway, AR, December 1990 and a Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages, from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, TX, May 2002. He is currently studying for his Doctorate of Ministries from SWBTS, Fort Worth. He and wife Tina, who is a Special Education Teacher in Perkins-TryonJunior High School, have two children, Thomas and Jessica.
Claudia Andrews - Church Secretary
Our Ministry Assistant/Church Secretary, Claudia Andrews has been with Immanuel Baptist Church since its constitution. She has credentials of training through the Southern Baptist Convention as a credited Ministry Assistant. She serves as a volunteer in this position. She and husband Bennett, who serves as church treasurer, are retired and have three grown children and five grandchildren.
Jim Bickell - Music Director
Our Music Director, Jim Bickell has also been with ImmanuelBaptistChurch since its constitution. He serves as a volunteer in leading our congregational singing.. He also serves the church as a deacon. He and wife Elsie, who is our church pianist, are retired and have three grown children and several grandchildren. He also plans and directs our 5th Sunday Sings - which happen during each quarter.
Bennett Andrews - Sunday School Director
Bennett Andrews serves as volunteer Sunday School Director and Church Treasurer. As Sunday School Director he works with the Nominating Committee in seeking teachers for our Bible study classes and encourages training of those teachers. As Church Treasurer, he not only pays the bills incurred by the church, but keeps the church current with IRS regulations, makes sure the financial integrity of the church is adhered to and serves with the Stewardship Committee in planning and coordinating the financial structure of our church.
Terry Alford - Discipleship Training Director
Terry Alford is our volunteer Discipleship Training Director. He and his wife Paulla have three children and several grandchildren. Terry also serves as a deacon. Terry coordinates the discipleship training classes for adults through children.
Richard McCullough - Youth Director
Richard McCullough is our volunteer Interim Youth Director. He and wife Debbie have two grown children and six grandchildren. Richard has worked with youth for several years and is currently co-teaching the Youth Sunday School class and works with the AWANA program on Wednesday evenings. He also leads the Wednesday evning youth group during the summer.
Richard works with our Youth Committee in planning Falls Creek, Disciple-Now, Youth Evangelism and Planet Wisdom Conferences with details as well as other ongoing youth activities.
Wilma White - Children's Ministry Director
Our Children’s Director, Wilma White serves as a volunteer in this position and is responsible for the activities and ministries of the children’s department, working with the Children’s Committee. She is also our Children's Church Director. She works with student loans at OklahomaStateUniversity. She and husband, Kenneth, currently persuing a degreee in Horticulture at OSU, have two children, Mandy and Nathan.
Barbara Driskel - AWANA Commander
Our AWANA Commander, Barbara Driskel leads this program, which began in Sept., 2005, as a volunteer and is responsible for leading the directors and leaders of the clubbers and maintaining the materials needed for the program. Barbara is an Admissioons Evaluator at Oklahoma State University. She and husband Tim, who also works at OSU, have a daughter, Madison.
Ray Norrie - Senior Adult (A-Y'S)
Ray Norrie is our volunteer Senior Adult Ministries Director. He and wife Mary have two grown children and several grandchildren. Ray, along with the A-Y'S (Always Young Seniors) officers, coordinate monthly luncheon meetings involving a time of fellowship, program emphasis and mission project needs. Sometimes the A-Y'S group take a short trip to enjoy what Oklahoma has to offer!
Sandy Edwards - WMU Director
Sandy Edwards serves as volunteer WMU (WM&M) Director. She and husband Lewis, have two grown children and four grandchildren. She coordinates the education and information concerning Southern Baptist missionary offerings: Lottie Moon, Annie Armstrong, as well as State Missions offering: Edna McMillan. The ladies of the church meet once a month for a WM&M's Breakfast and share a time of devotion and missions information.
